     ::: APPROACH :::

Today's world connects diverse cultures and mindsets in formerly unprecedented ways. Arts and culture therefore have a heightened potential to critically impact human and socio-economic development within and across cultures, organizations and borders.

The Arts Investment Forum aims to build knowledge about arts and cultural investments, activities and strategies of key stakeholders globally and to create a deeper understanding of their impact.

Among its founding organisations in 2009 are the Faculty of Music, Cambridge University, UK, and the Global Initiative on Culture and Society at the Aspen Institute, USA. AIF's activities are overseen by its Board and are informed by a high-level international Advisory Council.
